Some issues may be closed to other members.

The exact date of each meeting is published on the BEC Calendar

The AGM usually takes place on the 1st Saturday of October. All members are invited to attend.

At the AGM committee officers submit their reports for the year and a new committee is elected from the floor.  Any full member may stand for a committee post and members are encouraged to do so. Beside input into the regular committee meetings this is your chance to have a say in the running and direction of the club. Any member may submit a resolution to the AGM.
