Farewell to the legendary hollow tree at Swildons Hole — former snug gateway for pint-sized cavers and unofficial bouncer to the Mendip underground. You stood tall, welcomed boots and helmets, then finally called “timber!” and gracefully collapsed. May your rings remain forever muddy and your tales ever tall.

The Cave Surveying Group is hosting a weekend workshop at the YSS on 23rd-25th January., featuring sessions on Introductory and Advanced Therion, GIS, QGIS 3D displays, and DGPS. The itinerary also includes dedicated time for technical questions and talking points.
Also, here's a reminder that there will be a second meet at the TSG, 27th Feb -1st March.
SRT Workshops
Caving Wales is hosting three SRT workshops at Llangorse Climbing Wall this spring. Dates include March 28th, April 25th, and June 13th. Places are limited to eight per session on a first-come, first-served basis.
